JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Drafting and vetting of documents including agreements and ancilliary documents related to all type Real estate transactions such as acquisitions, sales, leasing, etc. Review and provide legal advice on tender/contract documents.
  • Review on going cases and advice management accordingly.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
  • Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
